The thing that inspires me to compete, is the desire to always go faster. Racing to me isn't just about trying to beat the next person, its trying to beat yourself. For me racing is a mind game, it limits my performance, but every time I race I want to do better and I try to do better. I have the talent I just need to use it to my true potential. Riding in general is just so much fun its hard to describe it in just a few words.
Describing my style on the track I would say I am very smooth. I am in control always and I have a relaxed look to when I ride. I am always trying to do something a little different than the riders, like my line choices or how I would hit a jump. I want to be noticed, I want to stand out. My style off the track is kind of the opposite, I am pretty shy and dont care to stand out in a crowd. I dont like to be flashy but still like to be a little different. I like to very active, if I not riding, I am either training or surfing. I have a very laid back style and personality.
I train probably about four days a week. I ride two to three days a week. I try to build a good foundation for my riding so for about a month, I will do 3-4 hour bike rides a couple times a week. After creating a good base, I will do sprints to just keep my legs strong.
I am currently a full time college student, and I would like to get into food manufacturing. My dream job would be to race dirtbikes for a living but I cant stop school because if I dont become successful with racing I need something to fall back to or else I would be working at Mcdonalds or something and would never be able to ride because riding is so expensive. I have my priorities strait so hopefully everything will work out in the end.
I listen to pretty much anything but my preference is country music.
